  4. Wow, once China invests in a large project in a country, Europe and the United States will suddenly care about that country and feel that choosing to invest in China is wrong! So, the United States should invest more in large-scale projects in Latin America and Africa, building more roads, ports, railways, schools, hospitals, housing, etc!
