  4.  @stephenholmes1036  They should not be banned, just the responsibility of the owner should be equal to driving or weapon effect. So, kiiling by a dog should attract the same length of prison sentence for the owner, as killing by dangerous driving or killing by a knife. Simples. 10 years of prison... 5 years of prison for wounding. Same checks on owners as for owning a gun. No permission to buy a dominant dog for any people on benefits.
