No, ADHD is a normal result of non-parenting: all toddlers behave as ADHD, then the majority get trained and civilised gy their good parents, and the remainder keep behaving as before, therefore getting ADHD diagnosis. There is nothing neuro about it, it is simply a label for a certain behaviour that is easily cured by supernanny approach. Discipline - obedience by age 2 fully!!! This prevents this Annoying Brat Syndrome.
