  1. THE USSR medical service worked incomparably better. A specialist could be seen in 3 days, not in 6 months. We were shocked at the poor level of NHS service comparing to USSR. Like a third world country! In Moscow the doctor would just call police without fear and not go to his manager. The solution is to REMOVE monetary interest from the decision making considerations, not to increase it.
