As one as myself who is in part a Rightist language custodian, defender, lover and purist like Orwell was meaning i strive to communicate in accurate, correct, ordered, precise, proper and sound intelligent English. One of the pillars of Leftist ideology, which Orwell expounded much upon, is to hijack and then abuse, break, corrupt, misuse and destroy what words truly mean by applying a definition that is not etymologically connected to the word's trust meaning and usage + make words up that break rules of word formation for that certain language adding their own desired definition, basically constant catachresis, malapropisms, solecisms etc.. The below will explain why;

Nineteen Eighty-Four is one of their blueprints, not "the" blueprint. To think NE-F is "the blueprint" immediately shows a stark not well informed position on the matter, it's lazy thinking and sleuthing. The .....n...w....o..... kings/rulers like to take certain ideas from novels and incorporate them into their Global Governance agenda. Our evil leaders, NE-F is one of the novels they use as a blueprint to rule us, it's not the only book, for example "A Brave New World" + "Fahrenheit 451" + H.G. Wells "A New World Order" and many more they pick and choose from as a buffet to come up with a ratioed mixture of these ideas. Also, where you are in mis-conception is that, when Orwell wrote NE-F, he did so because of this:

It is grave error/irresponsible and/or wilfully ignorant to claim that Orwell's NE-F no longer takes lease in the realm of science fiction, it actually still has many parts in it that will always remain science fiction, you must remember always, when you think of Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four [which if people really honoured Orwell's work as they claim they would keep the title alphabetical as Orwell wanted it (correct English) not numerical] it is Orwell's vision of what Soviet Communism could look in the future if certain criteria were met. Selah. There are more parts of the novel that refute the claim NE-F is wholly no more fiction. According to some surveys in Britain and even Canada, Nineteen Eighty-Four is the book people most often claim to have read when they haven’t.
