Notably, Steve Wozniak, Apple cofounder, complained about this. He said that he and his family bought several versions of Tesla hardware with Elon’s promise that it would be the last version of hardware necessary for "Full" self-driving. Which turned out to be false. Wozniak is not happy about false promises as it looks like older hardware will be inferior to the new autonomous driving hardware.

I see, you prefer the Elon fanboy echo-chamber that never talks about Musk’s shortcomings. Enron Musk has been promising fully autonomous Teslas "coming next year" — since at least the 2016. In other words, Elon is the boy who cried FSD since 2016. Now, people have hard time believing him or taking his predictions seriously.

🤥 Elon, the boy who cried: "fully autonomous Teslas are coming!" — since 2016

I’ve read the same rumors.

@soup-nazi6824 given that Musk is in charge, you have an equal chance of $TSLA being worth $100 a share, a year from now. As a shareholder myself, I hope that Tesla reaches full autonomous driving as soon as possible. I’m just pointing out that Elons predictions can be infinitely wrong. Do you remember the predictions he was making for Hyperloop? Full autonomy, without a human in the loop — could be as achievable as Elon Musk’s Hyperloop.

It seems like you’re more interested in $TSLA "positivity" rather than soberly acknowledging the shortcomings of supervised Fool Self Driving in Tesla vehicles. Elon, the boy who promised fully autonomous Teslas since at least the 2016 has lost some credibility — just like the boy who cried "wolf." You seem to be upset that Musk’s predictions don’t match reality. To deal with this cognitive dissonance you blame everyone who reports on Musk’s shortcomings, false promises, and predictions.

🤥Elon, the boy who cried $FSD!

@theogcamo8533 are you talking about the guy who tried to connect to the internet with a Hyperloop? Or are you talking about the guy who bought Twitter? The Twitter guy definitely displayed thirst to connect with the internet. Even though he is an aging 50 year old, he desperately retweets dank memes to feel relevant and young again.
