Specifically, the reason why Mar-A-Lago real estate is worth substantially less than Trump claims is that to lower his taxes — he previously made a tax agreement that said property can never be developed into a residential property. It can only ever be a commercial property (like a club) not a residential property and definitely not — multiple residential properties that would fetch a higher price — for the land alone, as Amber claims. Trump himself made the tax deal that bigly decreased Mar-A-Lago resale value. Does Amber know that? No, she just likes to repeat republican talking points when it comes to Trump.

In comparison to some of the hard questions in philosophy (...free will?) — the investing questions seem easy, relatively speaking. I do really enjoy thinking about philosophical questions, as much as time allows me. It’s a little bit like an exercise for critical thinking, IMO. What do you like learning about?

  45. Thank you for the video. From what I’ve seen, it does not appear like FSD is getting "much better," as you claim. (It may be that new software works like a placebo effect for Tesla fans. But, an average, non-techie, FSD user, seems to be immune to the placebo effect of new FSD software. It only takes one or two instances of crazy FSD behavior for an average user to be concerned about trusting "Full Self Driving" software made by Tesla. I’m not a Tesla hater, I’m a shareholder. Just sharing my opinion about FSD.
