Specifically, the reason why Mar-A-Lago real estate is worth substantially less than Trump claims is that to lower his taxes — he previously made a tax agreement that said property can never be developed into a residential property. It can only ever be a commercial property (like a club) not a residential property and definitely not — multiple residential properties that would fetch a higher price — for the land alone, as Amber claims. Trump himself made the tax deal that bigly decreased Mar-A-Lago resale value. Does Amber know that? No, she just likes to repeat republican talking points when it comes to Trump.
