The technologies at other companies don’t have access to the personal information about an iPhone user like Apple does — making Apple Intelligence more useful to the individual as compared to the generic commodity AI that has little to no information about the end user.

  2. ⁠TLDR: Apple’s focus on privacy increases personal data on device — which is necessary to make AI more useful to the individual.  @sansin6250 ​⁠, other companies may have similar AI capabilities but only Apple has access to detailed and more private information about the individual — which makes AI far more useful to the individual. Other smartphone manufacturers could have this private information as well, but people are more likely to trust a company that is focused on privacy, not selling ads.
