@conchfritters01 Well Russia can replace those numbers but they surely lost their R&D and Technology import clients like France and German Companies like Thyssen Hershel which were a major exporter of microchips, 2.5Gen + 3rd Gen Optics , Hunter killer system , Batteries for ATGMs and MANPADS and many more.
