They also had some colonial possessions in the Atlantic and Caribbean but for short time and were rarely engaged in slavery , a concept they really frowned upon after giving up their Viking past for Choosing Christianity . Still after Russian victory in the great Northern war , Sweden decide to concede everything and live in relative peace and almost saw no major conflict since late 18th century. and in fact helped many African , Asian and LATAM nations in building their armed forces, specially contributing to rebuilding of Ethiopian Royal Air force following WW2 , Peacekeeping missions in Congo and Defense deals with India ( We know How that ended and We Indians still don't trust ourselves and Swedes alike regarding SAAB JAS-39 deals ).

  2. They never because Krajina was traditionally a Serbian Land not a Croatian and they wanted their independence . The same way Republika Srpska has always been historically Serb majority despite being now Part of Bosnia . Ante Palevic can't get rid of Krajina Serbs but unfortunately they were not lucky during the Yugoslav wars.
