  2.  @fraserfir19  I disagree to a bit . I would rather address it as an Ethnically Motivated, which it is truly . Don't confuse Race with Ethnicity. Ethnicities are not restricted by the boundaries of race( which is based on physical features) . within the same color of the skin we wear, there are many among us who are culturally and by our social practices, languages, historical links to the works of the past and rarely, even by ancestries . Lemme give you an Example . plus I will only be mentioning the point I know at the current. just look at the Balkans .most belongs to the Slavic Race (Serbs, Bosniaks, Croats, Slovenes, Bulgarians), dispute for me (Macedonians) , Albanians, Greeks, Romanians , Romanis ( they are part of gypsy community) etc also bonus to Hungary (Magyars) . except the Romani and to an Extent Greeks , Rest are pretty much considered fair color you know. but still their ethnicities are different.

Before the rise of modern religions (like Islam, Sikhism and Christianity), ancient religions were predominant , especially Hinduism, Buddhism and Judaism. what by physical features you are mentioning about matches with the people of Asia minor , Balkans , East Europe North Africa and to an extent Southern Europe .
