Not my comment :- Most people don't realise that Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev is now basically running Wagner on the ground, he was the guy behind the siege of Mariupol. And officially took over as the deputy commander of Wagner after being "removed" as deputy defence minister (logistics). This is in line with the legalistic way the R does things. Because he is now "officially" not part of the army he can freely carry out necessary asymmetric warfare that falls within the the gray zone. Also to likely keep a handle on Prighozin's mouth and ego.
