  1. You forgot even after crippling sanctions , Venezuela is the only nation that actively supports Russia and even Russian side in South America. And together with Cuba and Nicaragua they are the only 3 in Latin America which supports Russia and largest importers of Russian weapon ( an exception being Peru , which doesn't support Russia openly).
