Venezuela and actually much of South America, Central America and Latin America are ALL Constitutional Republics. So is much of Africa, Asia and the Pacific Islands. If those countries are dumps and financial wastelands and crime and violence ridden, you should probably start with the ideological similarities of the governments of those countries and that's where the change should start. None of you know what Communism or Marxism is. American Express is not a Marxist or Communist financial entity, but Cannon-Fieldcrest was. You do the math, if you can do basic math.
