Actually Brasil is like living in the states back in the 70's, they have the same culture, grew up with the same tv, movies and music AND a LOT SAFER and less homeless and very inexpensive with US dollars Ready to buy a 2nd apartment this year

The dummies from Cali, NY, NJ ran to Florida THINKING they could SAVE MONEY on taxes Didn't take long for ONE BIG HURRICANE to wreck every penny they saved by moving there NOW their taxes are 2x what they were because they PAID TOO MUCH Their HOME INSURANCE went 5x or even got cancelled, more losses Their mortgage rate jumped up from 1% to 7% Even if they paid cash for their house, all these other massive increases in taxes, insurance have wiped out any savings they thought they had NOW living in Florida is NOT AFFORDABLE THEY LOST thousands of dollars per year more than they'd expected to SO, all of the sudden Florida doesn't look so ROSY, does it. How can people with tons of money do something so stoopid ? Proves that having money doesn't make you smart

I have lived in Brasil - north and south off and on since 2001 and never had a problem here Besides that, Brasilians grew up with all the same culture as the US, so there is NO culture shock here for Americans. It's even better than that ; the people are wonderful and open. You can live in the north - where they call it the REAL BRASIL or you can live in the south where you'd swear you were in Europe. They even speak German and Italian on the streets in some towns- and Ukrainian, Russian, Czech, Polish etc I own my 2br 750 sq ft condo and live on about $700 a month for everything. Can't beat that ! Can visit other coastal towns anywhere and rent a furnished place for about $400-500 a month

VARY SMART analysis of what is going on in Florida I grew up there, was a different world Left in 2018 for Brasil for 6 months, 5 years later I am still here with NO intentions of returning to Florida. Have free healthcare, high quality of life, eat healthy food- not the poison in the US, with fantastic people all around me. Have ZERO stress Have a nice 2br condo paid $27,000 for it
