  5. You didn't mention one thing about JEEPS, they are actually FIATS I live in the north of Brasil where there is a huge RENEGADE factory that also produces the FREEMONT WHILE I like most REAL FIATS and drive a 2010 4 door Siena 1.4, it is a great car and fun to drive

  6. WELL, I am seeing rents dropping from $1700 to $850 for a 1br in Ft Lauderdale, Pompano, Hollywood, Pembrook Pines. A happy thing for me moving from St Pete to Broward county later this year. Over 50% are room rentals too but some are 1/1's

Checking CHEAPEST rents around Florida- 1br - they are coming down Finding rentals in complexes from $650-900 all over Tallahassee $900-1200 in the Sarasota Bradenton area $900-1200 Clearwater St Pete $800-1100 Ft Myers $750-1000 Pensacola FORGET SOUTH FLORIDA ! Have had SURFSHARK for 2 years and love it !

  10. HELL, I remember being able to to buy fixer upper mobile homes in Clearwater for $2000 and the lot rent was $300. Lot of Canadians used them for their winter vacation of 6 months Lot rents in the area especially in Bradenton-Sarasota are up to $800 a month ! This housing mess could easily be solved if cities would allow 400-500 sq ft TINY HOMES ! Sarasota and Charlotte county are FULL of 1/4 acre empty lots in subdivisions near North Port and Port Charlotte. I talked to the city of NP and they said they are considering changing the rules There is ONE large piece of land in the area where someone has opened a TINY HOME park. Imagine anyone could do that with a large enough plot of land

Glad you liked MY country - BRASIL Been here since 2002 off and on since, from Florida Brasil is very Americanized, they grew with all the same movies, tv, music and culture Live in the north island of Florianopolis, great place to live Have travelled from the south - Canela to Fortaleza, lived in Joao Pessoa, Recife and B Camboriu too Neven been to Mexico but would like to visit. The food looks horrible, don't want to live on tacos ! Trying to track down the FACTS of a RETIREMENT VISA for people on SS or a pension and over 65 years old- with NO financial requirements.
