We need a real economy that values essential workers like nurses, farmers and engineers - not hedge-fund managers and 'insurance' company executives. Those of us who survive cannot allow this to go back to where it was.

Germany 107,000 confirmed cases (ie with testing), 2000 deaths -- UK 55,000 confirmed cases, deaths 6,150 ...and that's with the UK still not including deaths outside hospitals (in Ireland 25% of deaths are in nursing homes, and the Spanish figure is also very high). UK needs a leader, now, Johnson has failed.

  25. UK death figures still don't include deaths outside hospitals (eg in nursing homes). Johnson's mismanagement has killed thousands already.

  27.  M O'B  ....and the UK death rate STILL does not include deaths outside hospitals (including nursing homes, which are 25% of deaths in Ireland and a huge percentage in Spain).
