  3. The EU27 never said the withdrawal agreement couldn't change. They said any changes had to meet certain criteria.

  5.  Benghali In Platforms  No, they didn't. The EU27 always said they were open to any proposals that would maintain the single market and the Good Friday Agreement. The UK backstop was developed because the British ruled out a NI-only backstop.
