  5. The British got loads of concessions, like staying outside the Eurozone and of course the UK was a major player in EU decisions. If they decide in due course to join the single market they won't be EU members and won't have an say, and if they in some time apply to rejoin a) they's have to join the Eurozone and b) would probably face opposition to their joining from so many of the 27 countries their behaviour has alienated. Historians will judge Brexit an extraordinary act of self-harm and struggle to explain it.

  6.  @jackdeegan3617  I would imagine Farage's MEP pension will be in sterling. But I would suspect he dumped a lot of sterling, holds assets abroad and that this is why he refuses unlike other party leaders to reveal his tax returns.

  7.  @jacobzimmermann59  1.080 now - pound to the Euro. Thankfully I dumped about £100,000 shortly after the Brexit vote. I pity anyone who holds sterling or has a house in the UK ... the value is going to fall further.

  8.  @chriscilia7555  The pounds has just gone down since the Brexit vote. And the markets seem to think it will fall further with the increasing risk of a hard Brexit. I dumped sterling two years ago, thankfully. I pity those who have sterling tied up in their house.
