  1. It's the same in the German army. We have women who don't even try it and some men too. They don't understand what they need to do in a dangerous situation, or how they could handle it. In Germany we try to make no difference between Men and Women at all and the Women need to work really hard to catch up a bit. I can carry a heavy man. I did it before and I would do it again, regardless how heavy he might, or in what situation we might be and I am a female 5'4, he had I think around 210lb🤷🏽 Even if Men and Women are build differently its not like every women is weak, the most women are weaker and should try accept that and should focus on building her strength up. The mindset is really important too and to work as a team.

  2.  @agauerm  If a Soldier fails, its not because of the gender, it was because they were not able to realize what it means to serve our Country, to be in the military and that comradery works in both ways. That you may need to use your weapon, that you need endurance, mental and physical strength, that you need to follow orders. That has absolut nothing to do with being female or male, if someone struggles with the sport or military fitness and they show the will to fight and get better, i will always help them and they are almost always able to get it done, with good results. Its almost amusing how many keyboard warrior here, need to give something out of they're mind only to try to make themselve important. If some of you would really serve in the military, instead of only watching movies, you would not write so much BS.
