  1. It's the same in the German army. We have women who don't even try it and some men too. They don't understand what they need to do in a dangerous situation, or how they could handle it. In Germany we try to make no difference between Men and Women at all and the Women need to work really hard to catch up a bit. I can carry a heavy man. I did it before and I would do it again, regardless how heavy he might, or in what situation we might be and I am a female 5'4, he had I think around 210lb🤷🏽 Even if Men and Women are build differently its not like every women is weak, the most women are weaker and should try accept that and should focus on building her strength up. The mindset is really important too and to work as a team.

The problem for Santos is she is slow, telegraphs every Strike and she makes to much mistakes. Her defense could also be much better especially her leg kick defense, she does not check the kicks and Shevchenko will go for that, also the Body kicks from Shevchenko, Santos reacts to that pretty openly. She is powerful but so is Valentina, maybe make it a Dog fight.

Pena was able to muscle Shevchenko to the ground that did cost her a lot power and she got hit from Valentina and submitted after the second try. I have doubts about Tailas Gastank and we don't know if she is really stronger. Santos is actually a BJJ Bluebelt. Even Nunes (BJJ Blackbelt and Judo Brownbelt) wasn't able to finish her and she tried. She is the only one who was able to hurt Valentina in 29 years of training. Where she came from, how she treats her body, her diet, her training. Even in her Muay Thai fights she barely got hit by damaging strikes and she seems to be really healthy. Nunes was the only one who really was able to hurt her in the first fight... 🤷🏽‍♂️😃

  434. light Softdrinks sollte man nicht zu viel Trinken, von Softdrinks sollte man am besten komplett die Finger lassen, es ist aber durchaus in ordnung mal eine Schorle zu trinken, wenn man sport macht trainiert/ baut man Muskulatur auf und genau die Verbrennt das Fett. Fasten ist eine super alternative, nur die Ernährung sollte ausgewogen sein. Nicht zu viel ! Nicht zu wenig! Es ist auch sehr förderlich spazieren zugehen. Wurst ist generell nicht gut, wegen dem Salz. Bei Heisshunger helfen Nüsse.
