  1. Utilities and cable are included. That’s worth something. I pay $80 for cable, electric $136, gas $52, water $29, trash $39 total $336. So she was hoping for $800. If she had to pay utilities above $800 she might be in same neighborhood price wise. Not we are going to do as seniors
