  30. The pandemic changed so many things. I feel people are more angry and mean. I think they are full of unhappiness. People say can’t wait till it goes back to normal. I say it’s not going back. This is new normal. Van life will continue. I think forced isolation has made people want to come together more.

  31. This is another sad situation our country. In the midst of all she’s going through she is still grateful for what she has. There must be something states can do to help these less fortunate people. Maybe we should start charity at home instead of helping the rest of the world.

  34. Why not have high schools kids take field trips to clean up the trash. Maybe they think twice about throwing and creating so much trash in their future. Or as part of parole. Day work to pick up trash. Pay them cuz they require you to have job.

  35. In my state every baby momma and dada can get social services. Also many newcomers to our country. But older people and cancer survivors and others can’t get help. No food stamps medical or help with housing. Something wrong with this picture.

  44. So Houston helped the home less but what about the 3rd and 5th wards? And why are these people who are less fortunate such slobs with their belongings? Lack of self respect? I think mental health is the biggest issue in America and it leads to the rest. Sounds like Houston has a handle on their homeless issue.
