  2. Philadelphia has a plan to make it a segregated city like it was before, but by pushing the lower income people to the northeast because the hood is prime real estate. Especially north Philly and lower west Philly.

  3. Well the good kids but the hoodlums ruin it for everyone, I see young black men just hanging out at the center looking for trouble.
