  4. I've had issues with the parking authority driving delivery trucks but it always ended in a peaceful manner. It's holiday season and people run in stores and don't feed the meter. Philadelphia is a hostile and violent city that only cares about sports and revenue . Let's live up to the untrue brotherly love moto and stop killing each other.🦃🇺🇸❤️
