  1. The Northeast used to be a very nice place to live now it's like the rest of Philly, well done section 8 and greedy landlords. I'm from north Philly and I moved to the northeast 26 years ago it was great, all of the neighbors knew each other and looked out for each other,now you speak to these new people and they look at you like your doing something wrong.🗑️🗑️
