Philadelphia has a serious problem reckless and brazen people always ready to shoot, I've never seen anything like this before. If we had tougher judges and City officials that cared maybe elderly people would be able to Walk the streets with no worries.🙏🙏

@ManeThingz true I understand, but some of the young people let movies and videos influence their minds in the wrong direction.Im glad you are a positive person and we must all try to figure out what is going on with the kids today.

@ManeThingz For some people their brain never matured, not being funny but real 55 years old still looking for the Greek picnic unbelievable

@ManeThingz true he may not have been the target but these kids dare each other to do crazy things and think it's cool. We must understand Philly, Chicago, Memphis , Houston, Miami all share the same issues poor parenting.
