  4. Sharing air defense tech is not possible at the moment ,however i think atleast atgms and igla missiles should be provided to check Pakistan in the west .

  6. True but it can only happen when countries start recognizing TaIiban government. I think only russia ,china, Iran and India has relations with Afghanistan right now but nobody has recognize TaIiban government yet .
