  1. Is Starmer a billionaire ex banker prioritising a trade deal with India because it will be incredibly profitable for his families business? Is Starmer in favour of non dom tax dodging? Does Starmer recieve his funding from the most profitable oil companies in the world? Is Starmer about to catastrophically lose an election?

  2. I honestly don't believe that's possible. Labour's track record shows they tax the rich, not the working classes and they always leave office with public services in a far better state than when they entered office. This tory government has been incompetent, openly corrupt, liars, thieves. They've give away our public services to their donors. They give billions in subsidies from our taxes to the most profitable businesses in the world while telling us a health service is unaffordable. They've slashed our services while raising our taxes so we pay far more for far less. Yet despite all of this, they always have someone else to blame for their failure

  3.  @misterpebbles  House prices rose under Labour but so did wages. The average wage kept up with inflation under labour but since the tories have been in power, wages have fallen a long way behind inflation. Tories also cancelled the help to buy schemes that Labour put in place

  5. I also hope Labour win and I hope their majority is useful but not enormous. We need a functioning opposition and that can't happen when the government has a huge majority. However, the tories currently seem to be putting everything in to a culture war which hasn't worked over the last 9 months and if anything is only serving to drive more of their voters to Reform because they can out culture war the tories. Meanwhile the vast majority of labour voters aren't interested in culture wars so it's not effecting their vote share. It's a dumb strategy and I don't understand why they can't see that
