  1. ​@Paul-je7bo we'd not be happy about it but no one cared when energy bills doubled at the start of the Ukraine invasion. In fact, it was the people complaining about this who told us to stop complaining and work harder. So there's your answer, if you can't afford the extra 20% then work harder. Private schools are very profitable businesses, they could absorb some of the fee rise.

  2. My two nephews went to private boarding school and were taken out due to bullying for being poor. They were a long way from most people's idea of poor.
