  1. ​@JahangirAlom-yo7sg Galloway is an independent, he cannot become PM because the PM is the leader of the party with the largest number of seats in Parliament. An independent can get a maximum of one seat so cannot become PM. Also, only the people in his constituency can vote for Galloway

  2. ​ @Noel-ji8nm no one is going to do a costed manifesto until an election is called. That's how it always works. What's the point in doing one in advance only for the government to do something which swallows up a chunk of the available budget?
