I guarantee there are parts on your car in Britain that are only there to comply with US regulations and others for Asian regulations and others for Russian regulations. Manufacturers make as few variations on a product as possible so each product has to comply with regulations for as many countries as possible. That's always been the case and brexit will make no difference at all to it.
