  3. If Biden has any balls, he'll start the process to scrap the presidential pardon but do it so that he also doesn't have it, that way he's avoids any accusations of hypocrisy. It shouldn't exist anyway. The US booted out the British monarch but for some reason kept the royal pardon. It shouldn't happen, no one should be beyond the law and I don't care whether they're republican, democrat, nazi, communist or f*****g jedi. Anyone who breaks the law should be punished
