  1. Very true. There's a chap I know who is very formidable and a little bit too aggressive tbh - but he was actually beaten up one night by a bunch of lady boys in Thailand when he started mocking and laughing at them.

  2. I've tried many moves from a number of youtube fighters. The only thing is, my adversaries never just stand there while I explain to onlookers the move I just made and why. Its very frustrating. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

  4. Maybe I have a different definition of an alpha male but I don't regard that guy as an alpha: he's too loud and too, yes, feminine - and his need to try to physically intimidate the other man. No that looks more like the barking of a small dog.

  7. I don't think I've ever had anyone stare at me with bad intentions. I do remember coming out of a pub and a friend of mine telling me that some dude had been staring daggers at me all night. I never even noticed him lol :D

  9. I'm glad to see someone make a vid about this. In a lot of self defence vids, you see 1: attack 2: slick defence move 3: attacker stands there while instructor explains to the audience what he has just done.

  10. I have an uncle who told me he would get out of fights by putting his glasses on if someone started on him. Imagine my shock when I heard he was being sued for KO'ing and breaking the teeth of some guy who had started on him in a pub. So the glasses story was all bs, lol :D.

  12. I remember a small, unassuming, quiet guy at school laying one of the biggest and toughest people flat after being picked on. There was nothing about this guy that indicated he could do that. I always remember just how quiet he was.
