I would admire his stance on Palestine if it wasn't in direct contradiction to the way he is treating the people in Ireland. A Christian teacher was imprisoned more than once for refusing to call a student by his preferred pronoun. The govt and police are no involved in a campaign of harassment against his family and have just thrown his elderly father in prison for physically protecting his wife who was being assaulted by police.

Exactly. I would admire his stance on Palestine if it wasn't a direct contradiction to the way he is treating the Irish people. I see Enoch Burke's elderly father has now been thrown in jail for physically protecting his wife who was being assaulted by Irish police.

I'm afraid I'll have to add a caveat here: I would admire his stance on Palestine if it wasn't for the way he is treating the people of Ireland. He has introduced very draconian hate speech laws - the state also imprisoned Christian teacher Enoch Burke for refusing to call a student by their preferred pronoun - Enoch has been incarcerated more than once for refusing to comply. The government and judiciary have been harassing the Burke family ever since and they even jailed his elderly father yesterday for physically protecting his wife who was being assaulted by police.

I would agree if it wasn't for the way Ireland's government and judiciary are treating their own citizens. They threw a Christian teacher in prison for refusing to call a student by his preferred pronoun. They are now involved in a campaign of harassment against his family and have just thrown his elderly father in jail for physically protecting his wife who was being assaulted by police.

@Camcolito You and I both know he was jailed for refusing to call a student by their preferred pronoun. The fact that law-fare was used to achieve that means nothing whatsoever. There is only one person lying on this thread and its not me.

You guys are out in force reading the same script - or are you the same person reposting under different channels? We all know he was imprisoned for refusing to call a weirdo by their preferred pronoun. Of course lawfare was used, as it has been used against many good people. Lol - you lot.

@fitzstv8506 I said nothing about his religious beliefs: you inserted that because you can't argue a point sensibly. Lol, as for your passive aggressive parting remark. Projecting, are you? Lol.

@fitzstv8506 I see a judge has just ordered Enoch Burke's release. Great to see common sense prevail and the judge refusing to take part in judicial persecution.

@Ohhhhreallyronnie How do you know God is man made? You seemed to spend a lot of time writing that piece. How do you know God doesn't exist?
1
@fitzstv8506 By the way: I didn't mention Enoch Burke's religious beliefs at all: you did, which I find interesting.

@fitzstv8506 Its fascinating looking at something that resembles the early days of n@2l Germany being cheered by people who regard themselves as civilised and moral.

@Camcolito ...and Julian Assange was jailed in England for leaking state secrets was he? You and I both know Enoch Burke is in prison because he refused to call a student by their preferred pronoun and the law-fare that the state used against him through corrupt judges and lying apologists like you.
1
@Lauram1948 Lol - Julian Assange was in prison for "leaking government secrets". Behave!
1
@Lauram1948 He's in prison for refusing to call a weirdo by their preferred pronoun. They used law-fare to do that, which makes it even worse. I see they just jailed his elderly father, too.

@KernowWarrior All the usual buzzwords, I see. Can you not actually think for yourself?
