Exactly. Not only that - if people started filing lawsuits against the individuals, and not the departments they hide behind, a lot of this nonsense would be over very quickly. I don't know why lawyers aren't telling people this.

@vergillives9890 I suspected that, too. Its disgraceful. Even conservative lawyers aren't advising their clients to do this, in this time of political persecution.

@davidwong5197 Clinical negligence, criminal negligence, fraud, violation of the Nuremberg Code and Article 6 of the Bioethics and Human Rights Act - all of which are serious felonies as well as Human Rights abuses - and that's not even mentioning the amount of bribery that went on. You should really understand what you're talking about before you comment: and the lawsuits have already begun in America.
