I grew up in Ireland (a long time ago) at a time when the Gardai were liked by everyone except criminals. I live in the UK now and - Gardai - if any of you are watching this: believe me, you do not want to carry on going down the road of the UK cops. They are hated by everyone here: so much so that nobody will help them, even when they are being attacked. Have a long think about which direction you want to take. The tide is turning and you don't want your grandchildren to be seeing how you behaved when they look at old newsreel footage of this dark (but temporary) time in Irish history.

Kudos to X for alerting Gript media about what this once respected police force tried to do. Gardai going after journalists. Never thought I'd see that day.

@TheStanky007 'TheStanky' is not grammatically correct. Firstly it should be separated into two words - secondly 'Stanky' is not a proper word but a slang. I hope you will learn that your crime against grammar is worse than the person you were attempting to correct.
