  1.  @dougaltolan3017  It was even hotter than this, I remember it well: there was even a drought in Ireland, grass was yellow and orange from the sun and fires were even caused by the heat in some open areas. It was far, far hotter than this in the 1970's, especially early to mid 70s.

The covid lockdown of the economy (for 2 years) started this and the sanctions war against Russia (which backfired) completed it: where were the dissenting voices from Labour or the lib dems? Nowhere. They were in lockstep.
