  1. Exactly. When I started hearing the words 'new normal' that was when the real confirmation was: politicians all over the world were repeating this chant and I'm just amazed that more people didn't see it for the dog whistle it was.

  2. Wow - this is so fantastic that they have confirmed this 3 years after it really mattered and after numerous lives have been destroyed or ended altogether. Of course the rest of us with a nucleus of common sense knew it from the beginning.

  4. Years ago I rang them up and told them I no longer watch television and told them why, and they cancelled my license fee. In reality I had already stopped watching TV years earlier but then one day I just rang them up and they cancelled it right there. I don't know if it can still be done this way but that's what I did. If you don't watch TV then you could do that.
