  1. That's incredible that they forgave her: the poor lady was even apologising to that "dispatcher" as she was being belittled in her final moments. One of the worst things I've ever heard. The dispatched should have been charged and I hope that poor soul is at peace.

  2.  @hurricanejaney  I agree. I don't know if I would have been able to forgive - in fact, I'd go one step further and say that operator probably wouldn't have been safe afterwards. Heartbreaking story. Some people.
