I'm amazed at the amount of pitbull owners who have no control over their dogs whatsoever: and its always the same type of people.

@pyrofful True. I live in London and a lot of people own those breeds: and they are the types of people, for the most part, who have exactly the same character as the woman in this video. I remember once even walking down the street: there was a youth walking a pitbull a few feet infront of me: without warning the pitbull immediately went for, and bit, the walking stick that an old man was using to help him walk nearby. It was one bite and then the dog went back to normal. The youth glanced, said nothing, and carried on walking. I told him his dog just went for an old man (even 'though he saw it himself) his answer was that his dog is afraid of sticks, or words to that effect. That being said I have been around a few owners whose bull terriers were gentle and pleasant dogs. Been around animals all my life: I'm sure, as you rightly say, that those breeds are fine in the hands of proper owners. An owner like her is disastrous and too many of them are like her. The locals were even worse than the dog - those cops had the patience of Saints. I wonder what state that was in. I'm watching from the UK.
