  2. The poor child. At least these types get what they deserve in prison at the hands of the other inmates. As for David - in my opinion he was just as guilty for standing there and watching it - the fact that he could even want to watch that makes me very suspicious about him, too - he also never reported it to police - isn't that already a felony?

  3. If I was the prosecutor I would have jumped straight in on the fact that he watched - that he was watching a child being abused: I'm full sure watching a child being abused is a felony already.
