  1. Its the political class and medical establishment - and its not just disabled people they're targetting: its the elderly, too, and anyone else they regard as being of no further use.

  3. The medical establishment has now started trying to cull people that it regards as being of no use. I don't know how many years this has been going on: its relatively recent in Britain and Ireland. They need to be carefully watched as this is a very dark route they have decided to take.
