Those Senators deserves a lot of credit. In parts of Australia the police were literally - literally - locking people into their apartment blocks and not allowing them to leave. That's something that should never be forgotten: lawsuits should follow, but the best way to go about it is to sue the individuals who made and enforced these decisions, not the departments they work for: that way they have to pay for their own legal fees, they won't be able to hide behind their departments and their depts will be less likely to close ranks to protect them.

True: and let that be a lesson to the public: for too long medical professionals have been held up as gods which, of course, led to many of them adopting that mind set - and we're all seeing the consequences now.

We just experienced a modern day witch hunt, complete with witch finder generals and persecuted heretics. Let that sink in.

Well done for being one of the ones who stood up. My ex was studying to be a nurse (In Australia) when this madness began and I remember mentioning that they may try to make the prod mandatory. I regretted saying that as this frightened her, so I tried to roll it back. As it turned out, of course, it was made mandatory and she had to get the shot and boosters just to work.
