Jimmy Dore has just interviewed Brianne Dressen, who was injured during clinical trials and is now suing Astra Zeneca as her lawyers found a loophole that AZ didn't manage to close.

@sandrawalker2066 Hello Sandra. I wrote a reply but I see yt has deleted it for some reason. I'll summarise and hopefully they don't delete again. Basically AZ had signed a contract with her stating they would help her with her healthcare if she had a reaction: but when the time came they didn't - and this was breach of contract. I'll check again in a short while to see if my comment has been deleted again.

@RosemaryStudy I was surprised to see later that day that Dr. Campbell interviewed her just hours later. Kudos to them both.

@sandrawalker2066 Pardon me: I should have explained in more detail: when she signed up for the clinical trials, the contract stated that Astra Zeneca would be there to help her with her healthcare (and financially) if she had an adverse reaction from the trials, but when she did have a reaction they deserted her - and this is what she and her lawyers were able to get them on: for not fulfilling the pledge that they had made (and signed) in the contract: serious breach of contract.
