  2.  @samsadwajedenesfuter5335  Absolutely. In fact St John's Wort supplements are already banned in Ireland and have been for many years. That was the first indication I got that things were seriously wrong re: big pharma even in that country.

  3.  @krussellgal  Yes - and this was many years ago, too, which is even more surprising. The pharmaceutical industry had a huge hold in that country for a long time but even I was surprised at how much power they had to be ab le to do that there. I spent a lot of my childhood there and I remember even back in the seventies many of the housewives where I lived were prescription drug addicts. Our local pharmacy was, and still is, the wealthiest in Ireland. It is terrible to see. Many of my ancestors going back hundreds of years fought against the British in Ireland and there were huge sacrifices made for that country. Then the boomer generation came along and dismantled and destroyed everything that was handed to them.

My comment, because you're clearly not bright enough to have made the connection, was how little big pharma can be trusted: clearly you'll never find any e-mails from them to each other steering people away from cheap supplements because it will not be good for their bottom line, just like you won't find e-mails from them banning St John's Wort because of potential lost sales of anti-depressants: so if you're asking for that you're even less intelligent than I thought. I don't spoon feed lazy people because after years of it I found that lazy people like you never read the links that I spent time sending. So go do it for yourself - go and actually do something for yourself for once in your life, instead of believing a bunch of big pharma charlatans. Dear oh dear. Some people.
