Those weapons belonged to the Soviet Union: they were being stored in Ukraine and they were recalled for safe storage back to Russia after the Soviet Union collapsed. They never belonged to Ukraine. I really do wish you would do independent research of your own: you don't even have to take my word for it. Just find out for yourself.
