  1. Exactly. And he enjoyed it: he said so himself. he described it as one of the happiest times in his life. His involvement in overthrowing Ukraine's govt in 2014, and their replacement by nazis and neo-nazis (literally) shows he has not changed.

  2. You could call him a puppet-master, true, but remember that he, himself, is also nothing but a puppet. P.S. He enjoyed his time in Hungary - it was how he made his first fortune. He would point out the families, they would be put on trains, he got to keep their possessions.
