@ucantSQ Absolutely. I don't think I would have been able to do that.

@Alamaric Good advice. My father always taught me that: never panic: stop and think. As a result I've never panicked but came very close to it once when I was caught in a rip tide. That wasn't pleasant. As for caves and wrecks: I'm agree with you completely there - and I'd never go near any of the places that have been featured in some of these shows lol.
